Scribbling on some paper, start your child off on a funny short story. Fold a page in half. Writing on one side, leave blanks using a ______________ for them to fill in along the way. You can label the blanks below with"noun" or "thing", "action" or "verb", making it as easy for them to find fluidity in the writing process as possible. Then leave the other half of the page blank for them to finish the story themselves.
